Will Tirzepatide be better than semaglutide?

I tried semaglutide for a few months. It worked for weight loss but I had terrible fatigue and massive nausea every day so stopped. Was tirzepatide better for you? Thinking about trying.

It seemed the same to me but I didn't have many side effects on either.

Yes. Better results. Many fewer side effects. But come mid-Feb compounded Tirzepatode can no longer be compounded since it’s out of shortage. So unless you can being prescribed brand name Zepbound, it’s a moot point.
