The skin was crackley, the meat juicey
It looked gorgeous on the table We're going take it easy and to watch a movie and eat goose fat popcorn today, yum yum |
| Yay! |
| OK? |
| Yay. Cook 2 next year I will come pick mine up! |
|
Good for you, OP. Goose is delicious!
We had beef Wellington, and I made sure to do a huge one so that we can have a second meal of it today. It's the highlight of my Christmas, honestly. |
| Where'd you buy it? |
|
They were pretty aggressive towards me in Canada, I'll say that. Due to that and them being everywhere, I can't quite imagine eating one.
But, I am glad it was tasty. |
Cows can kill you, did you know that? They're everywhere, too. But I bet you don't have the same misgivings about hamburgers... |
Orhanic Butcher |
Canada geese are wild game, so i'd imagine pretty toothsome if it's even legal to eat. Ours was a freerange domestic goose who only had one bad day in its life as they say |
I understand the meaning of toothsome that you intended here, but the other meaning is fairly amusing in this context |
| Don’t believe it. |
