Private Soccer Trainer Reccomendation

Anonymous
Does anyone know of a good private soccer coach in Springfield/Alexandria. I have a 13 year old boy who is currently playing travel.

Coach Marc Able works is in Springfield. 1 hour sessions. Search for him on google, he keeps his booking website up to date.

Sparta X for sure. He coaches high level athletes. Look him up on Instagram.

My DC's have been training with Coach Cris Arana over at FC Training Grounds (https://fctraininggrounds.com/)

Been with coach Cris for over three years. The growth in strength and conditioning along with incorporated foot skills have elevated their game tremendously. A strong recomend

I made an inquiry with them and received an elitist reply. "No private training and you must complete a $100 assessment." They have small group conditioning classes and few foot skills classes (on Saturdays). However, it does look decent and I have heard good things. --I'm just not sure about private soccer training due to my initial inquiry and off putting reply.

Cris with FC and Elmer with FTA are both legit. Would recommend both as well.

Email a few local clubs. They all have coaches who do personal training for $50-100/hour depending on how good they are.

Fc training is great, my player recovered and improved under Kevin and Cris.

I recommend Sparta X. My son trained with him 1x but he does not do DC on a regular basis but NOVA is his area.

FYI, I eliminated a private trainer that had an elitist approach when I first started. It turns out he is just a bad communicator and business person but a good trainer and cheap. His poor communication skills are why he is so cheap. The soccer world is not managed by Ritz Carlton so I hope this helps clear up the expectations as this is more common than not.

Looks like they have an indoor facility on Fullerton Rd. in Springfield? It's hard to figure out from the website where the classes are located.
