Please explain ParentSquare. Another school related comunications platform?

Remind

It looks like they're just not starting to retire the Remind brand and replace it with ParentSquare.

"ParentSquare" is a better name than "Remind."

Not the PP. While MCPS has no control over the vendor names, they do have some control or the ability to work with the vendor to control some of the features. They also have the ability to control communication so that parents would know Remind and ParentSquare are the same thing and no changes are needed. More, they have the capability and responsibility to determine their TechStack and then to train Teachers and Administrators to use correctly.
