Parents of twins - be aware that Virginia law lets parents decide about placement

The school systems don't seem to be educating their principals or informing parents, but a law was passed last year giving parents the right to decide whether their kids should be together or separate ... if the principal disagrees with the parent's request, there's an appeal process, but the principal cannot just ignore the parents.
