Lone Man standing over 495 on Bradley Boulevard Overpass

I can't be the only who has noticed this dude, can I?

About a month ago while driving on the outer loop of the beltway at the 270 spur I noticed a lone person (who I assume to be male based upon appearance) in a hoodie and holding a Palestine flag, standing upon the Bradley Boulevard Overpass and staring at the traffic going by. I figured it was a protest of some kind and did not think much of it.

Over the next 2 weeks, I sporadically saw the same person (I assume) at the same spot. Sometimes with a flag. Sometimes not, but wearing a keffiyeh around his hoodie. Always just staring at the traffic going by.

This set my spidey sense off, but then I did not see him for the next couple of weeks ~ until today. Doing the same stare down.

I don't know what this guy is up to, but it ain't holiday well wishes.

Does anybody have any insights about this?

Obviously OP is worried that this person is not in their right mind and might either throw themselves off the bridge or throw something else off the bridge, taking others with him. It's not at all a stretch of the imagination, and the police's job to investigate.

No, he sounds like a bereft person, probably with mental fragility, who by reason of his emotions, might do something drastic. So call the police.

You all have never seen people waving flags or signs on overpasses before? This is pretty common and doesn’t indicate at all that the waver is going to throw himself off of the bridge. I’ve seen people do this with Trump paraphernalia also.

I've seen people with flags and signs on the bridge a lot of times.

Remember when those truckers came in town protesting? They had people on the bridge with signs.

Remember 911? People were on that bridge with American flags and signs saying " Let's get them".

Yeah that overpass is quite popular. As a PP noted, the Trumpers were there in the past.

Also the Route 28 overpass up a few miles. Earlier this week, it was pro-Israel protestors.
