Only real answers please! How are these selections done? Coach submissions, objective criteria, scouts? Thinking about all met, all ISL, all stars, girls soccer.

DD in All-Met every year and it's based on district/regional accolades + how deep your team went + coaches sending some snippets of how well you did and what you meant to the team. From there the Wapo team likely determine who've they thought would've been in the mix from the beginning. We've had them reach out before for questions, so they are well attuned to the areas sports, all of 'em. It's something, not the only thing your player could add to their resume for colleges.
