Dumb question: how can I reserve hard copy books on Libby app?

I don't think that is what you can do via the app. You actually have to reserve books through your local library. Libby app allows you to reserve audiobooks and e-books.

You login to the Libby app wth your library id and pin number.

The DC library has a website that has a "chat with a librarian" feature. Probably easier to go in person, but if that's difficult you can chat.

I reserve hard copy book on the library’s website- Fairfax county.

I use the Libby on my phone for ebooks and audiobooks.

My library account is under my email and then, I have a password. Perhaps there is a “forgot my password” option? The library people will help you out though. Be aware of restricted hours as we approach the holidays.

You can also call your library and they will put it on hold for you even if it's not in your local branch. Ot they can tell you where it is available. I live in Moco.
