Can you use a regular cake mix in a Bundt cake pan

Yes you can, and there is a cake cookbook called The Cake Doctor which uses boxed cake mixes as the start for each recipe and has a ton of bundt pan recipes.

Yes, and in fact most boxes will list a "bundt pan" baking time along with the cupcake time.
