| It just depends on what you need. Have your doctor test for deficiency with the ones that people suffer from deficiency with these days ... not sure what all of them are, but I take D and b12 due to my doctor testing me and telling me I need them (the b12 because I had tingling in my hands, the D was tested because she said "almost everyone is deficient"). |
