Looking for information about this school. Is it worth going? How is the school? The academics? How about the approach towards IEP kids? Thanks.

Its okay. If you are out of consortium, besides the stem electives and the extra science class and maybe one or two after school clubs, it is pretty much the same as an average performing middle school. This school has low expectations from kids.

No idea about IEP kids. If you are asking if the commute is worth it (assuming you are out of consortium) - unless your kid has an interest in science, no, not worth it.

Look up the other threads on this. It seems very well run in comparison to other middle schools, and while STEM was the draw for us, it's only one factor in why my son is having a great experience. Teachers are happy to be there, and the principal seems great. Those two factors have a big impact on the community.
