synergy email malfunctioning?

| I was responding to an email from a teacher within the synergy platform, but a few hours later I received a message from the Synergy postmaster that the message had failed to deliver to the recipient. I sent it again 2x and the same thing happened. Is it likely an issue with the teacher's inbox or is Synergy having issues? |

| Did everyone receive a message saying synergy is malfunctioning it may have been a district wide issue and a message sent to all but not sure? DP |
