Where to meet someone at Baltimore Airport?

I will be picking up someone arriving on an international flight to Baltimore airport. It will be her first time in the US and she's a bit nervous, so I need to identify a spot in the arrivals area that we can meet. Do you have any suggestions? It looks like all international arrivals are in Concourse E. Is there somewhere that would be easy to find to use as a meeting point?

Yes- there is a door every arriving international passenger has to exit through to fully enter the US/public part of the airport. It's a common meeting area and you will see people gathered there awaiting arriving passengers. Just go there- there is no way for her to miss you because she will have to walk through that door once she completes passport control, baggage claim and customs.

BWI's baggage takes a LONG time - don't be surprised if you are waiting a while.

Also, make sure that you park in the hourly parking area near a door if you are parking at the airport.
