Very cheap (under 200/mo) semaglutide

Is it anywhere? I tried, hated it (nausea, fatigue) but did lose weight. I am afraid I basically need to go back on to just stay a normal weight at this point. But I cannot do this unless I can guarantee somewhat affordable supply. My BMI is overweight, but not dire enough to be covered by insurance.

$250 is the lowest I've seen it. There are some that are $199, but they have a membership fee for the other $50.

Orderly Meds is $250, any dose. No membership fee.

Actually they've lowered it to $199.

And I just saw a coupon code on the website. I've been using them since June. No issues. I'm in maintenance now.

There is no guarantee of an affordable supply. Wegovy is still on patent and will likely come off the shortage list in the near future and all of these companies pushing compounded semaglutide will disappear into the ether.

Is the quality good? Just looked them up and one review said it was water?!

Quality seems good to me, I lost all my weight in five months, and am now on maintenance dosing. My meds have either come from Red Rock Pharmacy or Hallandale Pharmacy. I'm not sure why someone would think it was a placebo or water. It is a clear liquid, however, I always have had a noticeable difference in the amount of food I wanted to eat after taking a dose.

Yep. Get what you pay for. Water that does nothing might be a good outcome; it actually could be worse when you are talking about drugs not approved by the FDA.

I stretch it out in maintenance mode so only do a shot every 2 weeks.

I switched from Wegovy which cost $1200/four weeks to HIMS which cost about $1400 for 24 weeks. I lost 20 pounds with Wegovy and nothing with HIMS compounded in six weeks. HIMS was great with delivery etc but I'm not happy with the lack of results. I will not renew and I just picked up a new Wegovy prescription.
