Japan - Get Your Guide and Tipping

I know that tipping is not something that's usually done in Japan. If you use a Get Your Guide tour, do they expect no tip? Any one with feedback?

If you've paid a fee probably not.

Some free tours say 'donate what you wish" so those would be tipping.
