Please help with flavor full FODMAP/IBS friendly recipes

My son, 24, was just diagnosed with IBS. He loves spicy, flavorful food with all the things he’s now not allowed to eat. Do you have recipes you enjoy? Any cookbook suggestions?

I agree. I know 4 people with IBS and every single one of them eats a normal diet and takes meds. One of my friends definitely has a known trigger and avoids as much as possible but still has it on occasion.
