Summer league, they play their championship finals in Tampa. Loudoun sent a couple of teams, boys and girls.

It's not necessarily the top team, it was a summer league team. To answer your question though, the top team goes to NVA

They have to tryout for NVA in the spring, typically a majority make the NVA squad but some may remain with Loudoun if they don’t. NVA is an open tryout, often half the squad is from outside Loudoun SC.

Just to clarify a few points and add some context:

The Florida group was largely made up of players from the top 2014 team (13 players, with one exception), though not every player from that team was able to attend. That said, the trip itself doesn’t automatically define next year’s NVA roster.

Historically, a majority of players from the top Loudoun teams do move on to NVA, but it is still an open tryout process each spring. Roster decisions can also be affected by the shift from birth year to school year and how underage players are handled. Currently, NVA has multiple 2014s playing up with the 2013 team, and it would be reasonable to expect some of those players to move back to the 2014 age group next year, though nothing is guaranteed.

Looking at past cycles, the 2012 group that stayed with the club all moved to NVA at U13, and for the 2013s, all but two made NVA, with those two remaining at Loudoun GA. NVA also consistently brings in outside players, so while Loudoun players make up a strong core, roster spots are never automatic.

As always, final rosters will depend on spring tryouts and how the club balances age groups under the new calendar.

or the 2014s may say screw NVA and stay within loudoun. Making loudoun ga the better team.
