Has anyone taken a cooking class in Tuscany that they really liked? (Preferably not in Florence). I realize the region is large, but we'll be traveling through for a few days so we are flexible at this point. Not pizza though, we're doing that in Naples. Thank you! |

I’m pretty sure this is who I took a class through 10 years ago. It’s an American woman who taught it. It was honestly one of the best days of my life! You meet for coffee, then go shopping all around Cortona, then make lunch then cook dinner. She gave us all the leftovers too since we were renting an apartment. It was so much fun. We made so many dishes. My MIL and I still talk about it! |
Aw, that sounds awesome. Thanks for the rec! |
