I just had a CT scan for a kidney cyst but it saw everything in the pelvic area. The radiologist report said:
"The left ovary is asymmetrically slightly larger than the right (2.5 x 3.0 x 2.5 cm), but without underlying fat location calcification or surrounding fat stranding. Urinary bladder, prevesical and perivesical fat are unremarkable. Unremarkable exam. My urologist was looking at the cyst so it didn't even occur to me to ask about this, I only read about it later in the report. Should I be concerned? |
