Williams Sonoma’s Soup of the Day cookbook is gorgeous with 365 delicious recipes. The New England Soup Factory cookbook is also excellent. The Pho Cookbook by Andrea Nguyen is a winner. And for all kinds of delicious Chinese soups head to the Woks of Life website.
