SFH mailbox broke - how do I get mail?

SFH Mailbox broke off the post.

Until I get a replacement, how do i receive mail?

Contact your post office and get it fixed quickly

Put the mailbox on cinders until it’s fixed.

Go to Home Depot and buy a 5 gallon bucket and 80 pounds of sand. Put what's left of the post in the bucket and fill it with sand. Set it on the curb.

Put a hold on your mail until you get it fixed just like you’re on vacation.
When fixed go pick up the mail or they can deliver it all at once

I put in on the ground beside the post. Apologized to my mailman and got it replaced within a week. Mailman was fine bending over to deliver, but he walks the route b

If you’re at home try flagging down your mail
carrier. Ours will deliver mail right to the door for a very elderly neighbor. Get your mailbox fixed ASAP.
