Shutterfly this year for holiday prints

Did anyone else order from Shutterfly this season? I ordered a few prints on the 8th, to arrive this Friday. The order still says "being created." Is it safe to say they won't be here for another week or more? It's not a custom order, so I thought I was safe from delays.

I ordered from Shutterfly on Dec 2 and received my cards yesterday. Website kept saying being created until 2 days before. I paid extra for the tracked shipping.

They lost my 11/29 order of holiday cards. Still in NJ tracking says---tracking hasn't moved since Dec. 3rd.

They told me they would expedite a new order--that still isn't here---still says 'being created' (even with expedite, etc) and shows 12/17 as expected delivery---but I am doubtful given the first order.

I found their customer service just plain AWFUL this year and I've been using them 20+ years.

I won't next year!

me too! It's awful....ordered on 12-2, should have been here 12-11. Says still processing and I cannot get a straight answer from ANYONE. This is a $500 order!
