Looking at her times this season and last, she is amazing. Not sure if there are any other PVS kids that good, but wow. |
Maybe, but far more importantly, she’s 15 and the Olympics are in 3.5 years. Let her live. |
She is a driven and hardworking young lady. It is definitely within her reach. I hope for all the success for her. |

You do realize that they are in the public domain because they are swimming. Here is the meet (and national news article) with TONS of minors mentioned. https://swimswam.com/2024-us-open-day-3-finals-live-recap/ |
Gretchen Walsh's high school record in the 50 free was just broken by a girl in Indiana. There are many really exceptional young female swimmers, but not all of them can make it to the Olympics. |
This is a weird post just stop |
+1 Exactly |
New poster: how on earth is this weird? She is a public figure in the swimming world and this is a swimming forum. The post was positive in nature. Google her name and click news and tons of articles pop up from USA Swimming, Swim Swam, Swimming World, The Washington Post, etc. That is weird is a post like this and people saying it is weird or saying let her live. I think her life is going on as it always was despite OP wondering - like many others - if she will be an Olympian. |
It’s high school gossip about a high schooler. Not illegal, just tacky. |
You do not understand the definition of gossip. It is neither gossip nor tacky. |
+1 Leave minors alone. Let actual publications write about them with permission from their parents. And read those if you are interested. Do not write about them on message boards. |
