| I live in a dc row house. Thinking about selling. Next door neighbor runs all sorts of illegal activities that I hate but don’t affect me directly as his neighbor. I’m under no obligation to disclose any of this, am I? Should I mention anything to our realtor? |

As a fellow DC rowhouse owner I'd love if you indulged my nosiness as to what they're doing
But no and no. The DC disclosures doc isn't worth the paper it's written on and even so there's no section for bad neighbors. |
