Rome, London and Paris were great spring trips. Why are you explicitly excluding Rome those incredibly popular destinations? They’re popular for good reasons.

Andalusia Spain is really neat over Easter. The processions in Seville and Ronda are amazing - and we're not even Catholic!

Swiss alps, Iceland. Loved the two week Portugal and Spain road trip we did…we did it in January so some stuff was closed. Spring or summer will be warmer but fully opem
