It's a quarter cooked ham we bought already sliced/vacuum packed. We opened it thanksgiving weekend and put the leftovers in foil the fridge. Throw out? It smells and looks normal, I think.
Leftovers can be kept in the refrigerator for three to four days. This means you have until the Monday after Thanksgiving to eat all the leftovers or place them in the freezer to enjoy later. If you store leftovers in the freezer, they will be of best quality within 2-6 months.
I think it's been too ling personally but I completely disagree with the poster above that you can only eat leftovers for 3 days. I froze my turkey a week later since I plan to cook it again before eating it. It's fine.
If you cook it again (add to split pea soup, collard greens, frittata) it should be fine. That’s what I do when I have aging leftovers.
Ham lasts longer than other leftovers. I would probably consider putting some in a soup.
