| Thoughts about staying in This neighborhood? We are familiar with San Francisco but have not stayed since in this area. (We’ve stayed in Union Square, North Beach, Fillmore, and Bernal on previous trips.) This new place would give us Easy access to lands end trail, playgrounds, Lincoln Park, and golden gate views. We’ll have a car. Would it be ok in February? Not sure how season impacts this. |

| It's a nice residential neighborhood of large single family homes. Harder to access downtown SF without a car (or Uber) but better access to the things you mention as well as the GGB north into Marin. February is hit or miss. Could be rainy and cold or beautiful and 80 degrees. |
