Help! Georgetown Cupcake Order not delivered and no one will pick up the phone

I ordered four dozen cupcakes from Georgetown Cupcake to be delivered this afternoon for a party tomorrow, and they have not arrived - plus no one is answering the phone.

What do I do!?! Has anyone encountered this? What a crap business to have no one available in this situation. Help!

Demand a complete refund on Monday, and go but a cake at Whole Foods tomorrow morning. GC are not very tasty anyway - way too sweet!

It looks like they’re open until 9 pm so just keep trying to call/reach out on social media

Can you go in person? If you can, that's going to be the fastest way to get a resolution---your order or a refund.

Their customer service is crap. I had a screw up with an order and I called many times, emailed, DMed, etc. never could get anyone and never got a response to anything.

That sucks, OP. You’ll have to come up with a backup plan. Four dozen cupcakes can be had quickly. If anyone has ever said “let me know if I can help,” now is the time to deploy them.

Did GTown cupcakes in Bethesda last Saturday
Had to call a few times before anyone answered the phone - during listed business hours

I don’t know what’s going on with them.

I had an issue with them 7 years ago, we were having a retirement party at work and they delivered the cupcakes 6 hours late. Never again.
