Maybe try Gap? My DS likes their pants. Lots of cargo pant options but suggest you show your DC to be sure they match what he's thinking:

| I took my 17 yo to Columbia store. He picked two pairs of pants with a little stretch, plenty of pockets and an elastic waist, so no belt is required. He wears them to school a lot. They are straight leg, roomy but not baggy. |

| Baggy cargos. My kid a few pairs and loves them. Denim, corduroy, and heavy canvas. H&M are decent. PacSun. UO. Gap. Pretty much everywhere has them again this year. |
