Face Reality Acne Products/Facials

I struggle with the correct forum to post this question, but starting in beauty.

I was getting a facial a couple months ago and mentioned that my teen has acne/blackheads and could really benefit from routine facials (though teen was resistant). It was suggested that a Face Reality acne consultant/facials (and associated product line) worked wonders for the many teens she had treated at a prior salon.

I'm curious if anyone has any experience with Face Reality and if it is worthwhile to go that route versus simply doing a regular/teen facial at the same wellness spa I go to (teen has finally agreed to go!). Thanks!

Dermatologist is the better and cheaper route.

I use the Face Reality face wash, and it is really good. But if your kid struggles with acne, something like Curology is better.
