| Hello. I am interested in knowing how the math pathway for SMACS would work for a student who took Algebra in 6th grade. Wouldn't functions have some repeated elements of Algebra 2? TIA! |

There are always kids in SMCS who do Alg. 2 in 8th and they go to Functions in 9th.
They don't really "repeat" content in Functions the way you are thinking. They go more in depth and they go through it lightning fast. Don't worry your child will find the class challenging and maybe even fun. |
