Could you clarify what you are referring to? I have a link to procedures regarding the hosting of (foreign) exchange students (on a J-1 visa) in DC public schools. Is that what you are referring to?

We were told trips to Spain were now off the table after the 8th grade trip this year. There is concern about undocumented kids not being able to participate.
