| I second the prunes and prune juice. Sometimes apple juice will do the same thing. Oh, and hydrate hydrate hydrate!!! |

| OP here. Thanks. I'm drinking tons of water. I'm trying different fruits and vegetables -- I'm on my third jumbo peach of the day -- and will get prunes, too. Good times! |

Olive Leaf Extract....2,000 mg per day. Give it a couple weeks to do it's thing and you'll be regular in NO TIME!
Olive Leaf Extract will kill the anaerobic bacteria in the bowls that "clog" it up. I did this for myself and my kids. Everyone's regular here now. |

| A tablespoon of psyllium powder (the active ingredient in Metamucil, but without all the sugar and stuff) in a glass of water with a splash of juice. Take this every day or at night and you will never have regularity problems again. And it's great for your cholesterol levels too. You can get it at any health food store. |

| Now that you're regular again, might I suggest acidophilus pearls? Very nice if you have *ahem* post baby gas problems, as well as keeping you regular. |
