Transfer from forbes ranked 300+ to forbes ranked above 60 worth it?

Title. Wondering if it is worth it for prestige. Current 300+ is marginally less expensive and was accepted already for transfer next semester. Will this make a difference in a non-stem career? 300+ is not near a major city and above 60 is.

| What do they want to do and where can they be happy and successful. It could be that being a superstar at the lower ranked school will bring them more opportunities than middle-bottom of the class at the higher ranked school. My kid did the prestige transfer and has some regrets. It will be fine but kid wonders if they gave up some opportunities. |
