Family friendly hotel or airbnb in San Francisco

| Looking for a hotel in San Francisco. I’m not keen on staying around Union Square (have done that a couple times) or the wharf. Would prefer something semi residential or neighborhoody such as Noe Valley, the Castro, Mission or Bernal Heights. We’ll be going in February. It would be for three of us. DD is 9. Thanks! |

| Noe Valley does not have any hotels. The Mission has nowhere you'd want to stay. The Castro is fine but minimal hotels there - you can look into the Parker Guest House on Church. In my 20 years of living in SF I have only known exactly one person who lives in Bernal Heights. |

| Get an AirBnb in Noe/Cole Valley or Inner Richmond/Sunset if you want to be close to GGP/Ocean Beach. |
