Leftover turkey recipes

I have enough for two and have seen some seemingly good recipes for a creamy turkey vegetable soup with wild rice and for turkey curry.

Would people please share any recipes you like for leftover turkey? Extra points for creamy soup with veggies and wild rice or turkey curry.

Made turkey pot pie tonight. I make a simple recipe that uses crescent rolls on the top.

I typically make a turkey vegetable noodle soup. Pretty simple but not creamy with wild rice; that does sound good.

I add mole sauce and eat with flour tortillas, yum!
