Ideas for a shipped thank you gift to someone who will not want a thank you gift?

My mom will be very upset if I send her ANYTHING, so straight cash (aka gift card) won't do.
She came for a week to help my family while I recouped from surgery.
Thoughts?
Harry and David...?

I’d she’ll be upset, why are you sending something?

This! She went out of her way to help
You out and you don’t honor her wishes of not giving her a gift!? I’m sure you already expressed how thankful you were. LIf she said that was enough, why not believe her?

Flowers. Either order from her local shop or try something bold by ordering special flowers from Hawaii.

A nice framed picture of your kids? Bloomingdale’s has nice frames. I can post a link to the brand if you need tips.

I would have suggested my go to Smith Island cake, but the quality took a big hit now that they distribute through Goldbelly.

A nice box of chocolates? Wockenfuss or Rheb’s would be my go to (both have been around for a hundred years; Baltimore).

A letter thanking her, including notes or pictures drawn by the kids, and letting her know that you’re planning to visit her in x month. Sounds like what she wants most is the gift of spending time with you and your family and also just taking care of you and feeling of use.
