Can I freeze this?

So many TG leftovers! Help!

I assembled a quick casserole with some leftovers that we just ate for dinner. There are leftovers of the leftovers! Will a mashed potato, stuffing, turkey, green bean casserole layered casserole freeze and reheat well, or should I just toss it?

You can pretty much freeze anything. Will it taste good? No it will probably be mushy mess. If you really don’t want to toss is go for it.

Green beans don’t freeze well. Sweet potatoes do. And so does Mack and cheese if you cut it into individual portions
