Best carry-on suitcase?

Anonymous
My husband travels every week for work and needs a new carry-on. Is the Away worth the hype? Is there anything better? Durability is the biggest factor but ease of use is important, too. Thanks for any suggestions!

Does he like hard-sided suitcases? I think people tend to prefer one or the other. I like soft-sided myself and have always had good luck with Samsonite, but ymmv.

I am, unfortunately, a “road warrior” and prefer soft sided Kevlar. The classic Tumi’s are expensive but take an incredible beating.

Tell us more about what you are doing to your carry on roller bag to require...kevlar material?

Ok I love my travelpro but my SIL acted like it was low class when she saw me with it. I was like, am I missing something? Is she just a brand snob?

Well you can't change your SIL, but you can just ignore her! Anyone who acts like that around...luggage brands is the ultimate in low class.
