Need kid-friendly restaurants in/near Clarendon today. Any good ideas?

I'm hosting a family this weekend that does not eat meat (sans fish/chicken). So, my usual go-to of Texas Jack's is out of the picture. I also don't want to do Cheesecake Factory or other big-chains like that.

What are some good options? Lyon Hall?

How about anything Mexican? (not Tex-Mex i.e. Uncle Julio's/El Paso)

Lyon Hall is a decent restaurant but I wouldn’t say it’s good for kids. Maybe Ruthie’s All Day or something like that. It’s kind of a fun place, food is not bad at all for the price.

The Silver Diner moved to Wilson and Glebe but has lots of variety.

Wagamama has opened in Clarendon. It’s Asian fusion and delicious!!!!

Also, what did you mean to type that autocorrect rendered as "sans"?
