In the middle?
I have a bone-in turkey breast. It’s been in the fridge thawing since Sunday. It feels thawed if I push it with my fingers, but I’m not sure the middle is thawed. I don’t want to unwrap it in case I decide to thaw it in water. But maybe I don’t need to? Is there a way to tell? |
