Ginger Tea

How do you make it? I can't stand pulp in things like OJ - do the pieces of ginger stay in the tea while you drink it?

They sell ginger tea at the supermarket in regular tea bags. I guess you could also grind the ginger into a powder, put it in a coffee filter, and make your tea that way.

I use a garlic press to squeeze the ginger, and then just use the juice of it in hot water, plus some honey.

Thanks for the ideas!

Now that the weather's getting warmer, if you want a cold bubbly drink instead of hot, you might try Reed's Premium Ginger Brew. It has 17 grams of ginger.

Where can you find the ginger brew? All my husband has been able to find is the typical ginger ale (Vernor's, etc) which really contains no ginger.
