Good Italian in DC to take kids (who are coming from out of town)

I know there was a previous post about Italian restaurant in MD but looking for a good place in DC with a great Chicken parmesan - some good dishes for kids.

Not looking for something too fancy as need good dishes for kids.

Maggiano’s in Friendship Heights. I think they still offer family meal style if you prefer to individual orders.

I’ve never gotten diarrhea and it’s just a great standard.
