Where to get discount Hokas

Anonymous
Hokas are the only shoe that I can wear, and they're so expensive. The cheapest I can find are about $115 for ugly colors on Zappos's.

Anyone know where to get Hokas on discount, like under $100? Not interested in buying on eBay after several bad experiences.

Thanks for any tips!

Nordstrom Rack sometimes has them

I found it once at Nordstrom Rack years ago for like $85. I need a new pair as the treads have been shredded. I'm going to see if stores have good xmas sales on them.

Do you find that Hoka sizes run bigger?

I wear a 9 in a lot of running shoes but an 8.5 in Hokas.

RnJ sports gives 10% off all items by signing up with them, never received any solicitation so it's worth it. They also fit you and make recommendations.

What size do you normally wear? What do you use the Hokas for? I am normally a size 9 and wear a 10 extra wide in Brooks for running (also a 10 wide in New Balance which I stopped wearing).

My last two pairs of Hokas, the treads have peeled off. The first, after 4 months. The second, after a year. I thought maybe it was the particular style I bought, but, in reading online reviews, this seems to crop up quite often. So I decided to switch from Hokas (after wearing them for 10+ years) to Brooks. So bummed, as Hoka is finally starting to come in cool colors, but I just can't throw $200 away for shoes that only last a year.

How is this the only shoe you can wear. That’s a bizarre thing to say.

Skip going out to dinner a few times and you'll make up the difference. Worth it assuming there are medical reasons you can only wear Hokas.

Ex-runner here with some serious foot issues. Brooks work for me just about as well as Hokas, and they last at least twice as long. You should be able to find some last year’s model Brooks online for less than $100. Te specific models, I like Brooks Glycerin and find them roughly comparable to Hoka Clifton. Maybe worth a try?

They still have them. I get all of my Hokas there.

I also chose Brooks over Hoka (after really wanting to like Hoka). DSW carries Brooks and some at a decent discount. For Hokas, I'd keep checking Nordstrom rack website.
