I don’t think you are allowed to take an SAT prep course in Fairfax County. It’s not equitable.

Honestly, my high school math students have had fantastic results with khan academy. It pulls in your PSAT scores and creates customized plans based on deficits. And it's free.

So your student is a freshman? Too early to prep; earliest I would recommend would be summer after sophomore year. But if you want to get an early start, consider starting online with Khan academy and is free.

My DC prepped after sophomore year, private tutor, did well, one and done and NMF from PSAT.

No need for SAT Prep course after the Hayfield football recruiting scandal is settled every FCPS student will get admission and fully paid tuition by FCPS to any college of their choice
