Thanksgiving menu for 4, with kids.

We are going to our cabin for Thanksgiving. I’m planning to make a big meal and have leftovers for a few days.

Any ideas or changes you would make?
Roasted Turkey
Sourdough Herb Stuffing
Cranberry Orange sauce
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Southern Squash Casserole
Sweet Potatoes with Brown Sugar and Marshmallows
Ina’s Mac and Cheese
Homemade Green Bean Casserole
Mixed Greens with Balsamic

Dessert:
Oreo Cheesecake Pie
Brownies a la mode with Ben + Jerry’s Pumpkin Ice cream

Do you seriously want squash casserole AND sweet potato casserole?
Does everyone looove garlic?
Is there any gravy?

That sounds like a lot of food. I guess if you love cooking and don’t mind…

But even for leftovers, it seems like a ton for 4 people (2 kids) to eat through, even over 3-4 days.

we are there a week and skiing so I’m planning on making mac + cheese and salad first day for dinner

Thanksgiving Dinner

Eat leftovers for a few days so I don’t have to cook after skiing
