Do y'all remember that cartoon from the 80s, "Cathy?" I never thought it was funny. Now I constantly find myself saying "ack!" or something equivalent to myself about work, life, everything! I feel like Cathy was a perimenopausal woman and I finally get it.

OMG. She wasn't funny at all when I was in my teens/20s.

I'll have to revisit.

That’s how I felt about Dilbert when I started working in my first grow up/government job after grad school. Dilbert was suddenly both relatable and hilarious.

That's so funny. It did not resonate with me back in the 1980s and 1990s, but looking at these comics again now, I wish it was still around. Funny how much things change.

I remember thinking it was so unfunny but also noticing that all of my friends' moms loved her.
