Get bone-in. It'll be juicier.
I actually prefer just the supermarket turkey -- not Butterball bc it's injected. Nature's Promise from Giant is perfectly fine. It was actually the best I'd ever made. The free-range ones from butcher shops are pretty gamey, if you like that sort of thing. |
