Where to buy the best turkey breast? Brand? Butcher?

First timer cooking a turkey breast. What brand or butcher do you recommend? I was planning on cooking a boneless breast unless bone in is considered superior.

I just pick them up from Wegmans. It's really all the same.

If you want the BEST get a Kelly Bronze from the Organic Butcher of McLean (also in Bethesda). Be aware that they cost $15-18 / lb

Get bone-in. It'll be juicier.

I actually prefer just the supermarket turkey -- not Butterball bc it's injected. Nature's Promise from Giant is perfectly fine. It was actually the best I'd ever made.

The free-range ones from butcher shops are pretty gamey, if you like that sort of thing.

DP- fresh or frozen if I'm trying to buy this weekend? Butterball or Shadybrook?
