Great Recommendation for Alterations - not just hemming

Does anyone have a recommendation for someone in the McLean/Arlington area that does slightly complex dress alterations?
I have a dress that I really want to get altered in a few places - not just a simple hem job.
Maybe someone who makes custom dresses who also does alterations?

If you're willing to go to Springfield, I use Mr. Kim at Kim's Custom Tailors. He does great work.

I've used Nicole for an evening gown, she is really great and takes such pride in her work.

Not sure if Mr. Kim is the same person that used to be in the Landmark mall, but if so, I've used him in the past and he was also great.
