Where to buy raw chicken wings that don’t have left over feathers?

Anonymous
Bought today a pack at giant and they had so much left over feathers, had a slightly fishy smell, washed them, precooked but ended up tossing. It was still before its due by date, but what got me most were the left over feathers.

Any grocery store that sells raw chicken wings that come pretty well plucked? I really don’t want to spend my time plucking feathers from grocery store bought chicken wings.
